Catalysis
A catalyst for the hydrochlorination of acetylene to vinyl chloride, supported on carbon.
Also known as Mercury(II) chloride, Mercury bichloride and Corrosive sublimate
Mercury(II) chloride with a 99.5–100.5% assay by EDTA titration and low alkali and alkaline-earth metals.
Mercuric Chloride is a white crystalline mercury(II) salt that dissolves in water to give a clear, colourless solution.
It is a catalyst, a reagent in organic synthesis and analytical chemistry, and the starting point for many other mercury compounds.
Every batch is released against these limits. Ask for the specification sheet with your quote.
