Water tracing
Traces groundwater, rivers, sewers and drainage, and checks mixing in water systems.
Batch sample
Also known as Uranine, Acid Yellow 73 and Sodium fluorescein
The disodium salt of fluorescein: an intensely fluorescent yellow-green tracer dye.
Fluorescein Sodium, also called uranine, is an orange-red powder that dissolves in water to give a yellow solution with a brilliant green fluorescence, visible at very low concentrations.
That sensitivity makes it the standard tracer for following water flow and finding leaks, as well as a fluorescent label in laboratories.
We will send the current specification sheet for Fluorescein Sodium, Extra Pure grade, with your quote, including the assay, limits and test methods.
